I like waffles, I'm not a fan of bought building blocks, they are passed off as real ones. I bought an Auertech 8" waffle maker to make at home. The size is good and the Belgian waffle mix cooks well. I made a bunch and had to freeze most of them. The temperature control works well and the nonstick plate uses very little Oil for non waffles so far i have used cake mix which was great i have tried store bought cinnamon rolls which were good but really good were croissant tubes which i filled with apple pie filling and made waffles a little butter, to make a little sugar stick and I have a great new dessert the price was right for me to see if I would use it very often and I have used it I will try fresh shredded potatoes this weekend since the videos i have watched for ideas have shown that it looks delicious and is faster than cooking on the stove top i can barely e Expect to try the grilled cheese. I've only been using it for a week and already love it. A waffle maker that costs three times as much is no better. I'll try to update this after using it for a while to see how it lasts. My only complaint is that I should have received it 6 months ago.
