These are the best actuators for the job. I work in the safety of industrial control systems and I love these drives. The speeds are excellent for a spinning disc. But that's how a lot of drives do it, what I really like is the build quality and the way the buttons work. It's all physical, so unlike other devices there are no LCDs to break. The solid rubber case can take a beating and I don't worry about it at the factory or in my bag when I travel across the country. It also boots fairly well and can be used as a source for backups when loaded with backup/imaging software, unlike software encrypted drives. I've used it on systems from Windows 2000 to Embedded XP and Server 2012 with no problems. It just works every time.
