There is no way to sew them. you have to glue them.
These are decorative buttons that are glued onto the product. The picture suggested to me that there is a soft underside that can be sewn into the project. Not so! The bottom of these cute polka dots is silver metal. I don't know exactly what glue is needed for this. All of this should have been included in the description.
