I don't know how some people have had success with this thing. It shows what's on my microSD card, but the data isn't copied. It copies 160 images and then just stops and crashes my whole computer! The screen goes green or black and I have to force restart and risk messing up all my data on the SD card without a secure erase. It also never gives me a choice of what to do when I plug it in, it automatically starts looking for new photos and videos but never goes past 1%. As soon as I try to undo something, the whole computer shuts down. I recently migrated data from other sources with no problems. Send back!
