Nice size and weight for small ovens.

This is made of top quality stainless steel. The size and weight is perfect for baking or cooking small portions. Very easy to clean , and the surface remains shiny and clean. For my purposes, I purchased four of these to make Chinese rice rolls. Works perfectly !
