The only complaint I have about this mount is that you are not supposed to take the instructions out of the box. They don't even tell you what the parts are to be used for. They hardly tell you what's in the box. Everything else was pretty easy. Just make sure which end is up. I was able to install a 32 inch TV myself without much effort. However, collaboration can make the job even easier. The screws match my TV and the rest of the hardware works fine. I can't say anything about the supplied anchors. They went in the trash. You have received two sizes of screws for the back of the TV. I assume it's for different vesa sizes. I only had 3 cables (power and two HDMI). If you have more, things can drag on. Note: you need to loosen two screws if you want to adjust the tilt of the bracket/TV.
