Dear Revain and New Balance, You sent us defective shoes! My son loves these New Balance kids shoes. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable, and we love that they come in a wide variety. BUT the shoes came with a foot with a shorter strap? This is the second pair we've ordered, so we KNOW it's a standard product model - one shoe is normal, the other is faulty? I'm really very upset about this, especially since the order took a month to get to us. We posted it on April 12th and revived it on May 10th! And I already returned the 1st version I bought because the size was too small. So my son waited two months for these shoes (which he loves and was so excited to finally get). I didn't have the heart to return/exchange the product. These shoes are great and I highly recommend them. I only wish we weren't unlucky enough to receive a defective pair.
