These hats are definitely nice, soft and warm and fit well. It's a shame that this ripped at the seams after wearing it for a month and washing it once. And it wasn't casual wear. I contacted the seller who promptly responded with an apology and a promise to replace my order. All I had to do was reply to an email with my shipping address, which I did. Three weeks later, the seller received my first complaint and two more emails (via Revain, which forwards emails directly to the seller's account profile) and I have not received a replacement or any updates from the seller. I must state the obvious. The seller already has my shipping address from the original order. Definitely I would like to give this product up to 5 stars considering the shape and feel of the hats. But the lack of quality control and good customer service only deserve 1 star.
