Review on 🚚 Optimized Furniture Moving Straps for Oversized Appliances by Robert Pearson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

These belts are game changers!

I bought these with the greatest hope of using them to move an old upright piano, but thought we had probably screwed up our purchase. We haven't moved the piano yet, but we needed to move a front-loading washer and dryer set, and we were going to use a hand truck to do it, but then we remembered we bought these straps. We dug it up and put it on and lifted it up and we moved this washing machine with such ease I was pissed we didn't have it before. We have moved a lot in the past and this would make the move much easier. You have to make sure the straps and buckles are in the right direction or they'll slide all over you when tension is put on them, but once you get this set right they hold up and really take the weight off. The weight limit is marked on the buckles, just line them up so they overlap and that's the right direction. My husband and I are about 5ft 8" and 6ft respectively and both weigh over 200. We are not in shape and we still managed this front loading washing machine (very heavy) easily, even with a few steps. These belts are amazing! I think this is a great product and its design is superior to similar products. I've done quite a bit of research on moving straps. The padded back and shoulder pads are amazing. They don't have quick release buckles. You have to twist the buckle to thread it through and set it in place instead of a hook closure, but this makes it strong and won't break. The straps themselves are as thick as half tie down straps, very strong nylon straps. The quality of these straps was amazing in this throwaway day, especially for the price. I love the customer photos and will try to take some shots and update the pics to show the buckles and the thick nylon straps. At the time of writing this review I didn't have it. If moving straps are what you're thinking then this is the set. We bought two and will never replace them, we will pass them on to our children.

Pros
  • LIFTS UP TO 1000 lbs*: With double-stitched straps and 2000-lb buckles, you can rest assured that the only limit you have to worry about is your physical abilities (and your lifting partners).
Cons
  • Non-Automatic
