I love this pillow as I've been a beautician for over 10 years trying to take care of my skin as much as possible. Over the years I've become frustrated with sleeping on my side and waking up to the wrinkles it causes. I sleep on my normal pillow with this pillow. it is probably too small to sleep on alone. It moves while you sleep, so you may need to adjust it during the night. Of course, everyone has different body shapes or maybe neck issues, so maybe a pillow isn't right for someone? I am very happy with mine and have no more sleep wrinkles :)
