**UPDATE July 4, 2019: Ordered October 11, 2016 2 years and 9 months later This started to cause problems. The battery capacity has decreased and one of the channels has stopped working. I can't hear the main channel (singer, main foreground, main) and only hear the background channel sound from the music (e.g. echo, white noise) and higher tones. Something like semi-deaf karaoke. It was good while it lasted. ORIGINAL 5 STARS***** Looks exactly as shown digitally. It has a small o-ring that is easy to lose. So keep going. I thought it was smaller but it's about the size of a golf ball. When it's on, it glows blue. Lights up red while charging. Auto power off when fully charged. The design is pleasant. Battery life is pretty good, charging is slow like most products in this category. Don't expect theatrical sound. This is clearly MONO. More mids and bass are highly dependent on whether the charging port cover is closed or the port is occupied. Sounds good, but mostly for YouTube videos, audio books, and background music. You can play while charging. The volume is at the limit on your 3.5mm jack. The carrying case accommodates both the speaker and the included USB cable. The main purpose of my devices is to have a front-firing speaker with little bass; it doesn't consume much battery power (compared to BT). This is achieved.
