Review on ColdPruf Journey Performance Coyote X Large Men's Clothing: Ultimate Comfort and Durability by Mike Gruwell

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Small size and baggy crotch

These Men's ColdPruf Journey Performance Baselayer Pants truly deserve 3.5 stars. They have certain disadvantages, but there are also positive aspects. Cons First, sizing wise, the men's medium sizes fit my 12 year old student who is above average height and weight (he usually wears the men's small) so consider going a size or maybe two going larger depending on how tight you like your bottom layers. The lower leg ends are quite tight and get caught on the legs every time the pants are put on. But the crotch area is really baggy and doesn't work as a base layer under jeans or cords unless they're too loose or loose. On the plus side, the fabric of the pants (100% polyester) is soft and comfortable. The pants also provide a nice extra light layer of warmth if you want to wear them under a wider bottom like ski pants that can accommodate a wide crotch area. Pants without tags, the belt is comfortable. Coyote Brown is also a comfortable and neutral earth tone. My high school student will probably be able to use them on his next ski trip or maybe as cold weather pajama bottoms.

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • The list will be long.
