Review on Molecule Infinity Adjustable Pillow Standard by Melissa Marie

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice but nothing special

I have mixed feelings about this pillow. I had very high expectations as this is a well known brand and the price seems high enough to guarantee great results. In fact, for me, this is a pretty ordinary pillow. It is well packed, rolled up in a tube and comes in a cardboard box with the Molecule logo. The presentation is nice and comes with a small information card. I was hoping that since the memory foam has to be of such good quality it wouldn't smell at all, but unfortunately I had to let it air out for a few weeks before I felt comfortable sleeping on it (despite being hyperactive). sensitivity to chemical odors). Definitely better than some of the more sketchy quality pillows I've bought, but not as good as I was hoping. The foam itself is made up of small cut pieces, and to "customize" the pillow, all you have to do is scoop a little of it. Not a very formal process and a little tricky without splashing everywhere. I don't like touching it either - it feels a bit chemical to me. Since my pillow didn't have a pocket for extra foam (would be nice), I just put it in a grocery bag. My pillow arrived very stuffed and I removed 6 full handfuls of foam rubber to move it to where it was comfortable (I sleep on my side/stomach). As for "cooling technology" - I definitely didn't notice a difference. between this and my regular pillow. When surrounded by a protective cover and pillowcase, it retains heat like any other pillow, regardless of the material used. So it definitely seems like a very average pillow that's been a lot talked about right now. However, it is quite comfortable and my neck seems less stiff in the mornings. Definitely don't think it's worth what they charge.
