The chair is very easy to assemble (apart from the wrong words in the instructions but you can easily guess what that means), it is very comfortable and looks good. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support make it easy to adjust to your preferences. The recline function is good, but the recline lock on the chair I got is pretty terrible. When I locked it, it slipped a little at first, but not too much. The lock got worse after a few days and I have to avoid leaning in too far or it will start to slide backwards - this is mostly a problem when I'm sitting very upright. It also detracts from its ability to remain ergonomic when I place it to improve my posture and it moves instantly. If it wasn't a problem I would probably upgrade to 5 stars. Edit - I contacted the seller and they determined I had a faulty tilt mechanism and quickly shipped it to me. 5 stars for customer service only.
