Good support, good material and color is exactly the same as what you see online. The bra stretches well and fits well in all areas. It is easy to wash and looks the same as the day I received it. Works very well for my cardio, weight training and cycling. I do ski jumping and stuff like that in some of my classes and it suits me, but I wouldn't call it a high impact training bra. In general I'm happy!
