I like that it's fast, easy to use, intuitive - no training required! It would be nice if they could include more data points in their reports (like copy number variation). However we have found this tool very helpful for interpreting our whole genome sequencing results as well as some targeted panel testing. The turnaround time of getting an analysis back can sometimes take longer than you'd expect but all tests are returned within 1-2 business days after receiving them via email so there isn't much waiting involved once your test has been received by us.
