Review on GooFoto Scratcher Collection Scratching Reversible by Melissa Brown

This whale scratching post had a horrible chemical smell that I couldn't get rid of. My cat loves these scratchy seats but won't touch this, probably because of the smell. I've tried obfuscating it with everyone and it won't work. Not only am I so frustrated by this, but also by the fact that if I try to return this I'll only be refunded up to $3.99 for shipping? This item costs much more than the return. Here are the basic guarantees. Terrible company. UPDATE: Still smells but not as bad and she's actually using it now. I was shocked when I saw her scratching him. It only lasted a few months lol. At least it has become useful. Still very put off by the above two things.
