Received in great condition. This excise bike is surprisingly compact and even more surprisingly attractive. It's also extremely comfortable, quiet, and was easy to assemble(took me about 20mins and all by myself), and appears to be very decent quality. The instruction was super clear, and the wrenches was not easy to be messed up. My roommate has even used it for 1 hour per day.**** UPDATE **** Now that I've used it for about 80 miles of cycling (according to its odometer), I can safely say that it still seems good for my purposes. Include some photos for my exercise bike. Minimal noise: I was able to ride a few times in the morning hours while cycling in the same room where my roommate was sleeping without waking him. The faint white noise wasn't enough to bother him, and he is a fairly light sleeper. TENSION: I alternate between 5 through 7 mostly (8 being highest), and feel like this is sufficient for giving enough workout to break a sweat and put some strain on the leg muscles. As for the heart rate measurement, I haven't tried to verify its accuracy. But I understand it’s not for medical reference. Anyway, it seems to be a great tool for shaping up. I use this to supplement light jogging and badminton.
