Review on BESTTEN Wireless Smart Socket with Re-programmable and Self-learning Technology by Chuck Hernandez

I put them on different sockets to control two different elevated lamps that we can't reach and don't have a remote control. Worked the first day I put them in, the second day they stopped. The remote no longer controls RF outputs on any outlet. I followed the instructions to "unlearn" the RF jacks by holding the switch while plugging it in and then relearning. The socket lights flash to indicate they are in learning mode, but the remote no longer controls them. I don't know how they forgot how to use radio frequencies in one day. Update: Upgraded to three stars because Bestten replaced one of my devices. Besten's support is low, however. I called 1-800 and it sounded like someone's cell phone. I left a message, never called back. Then I emailed the support team, they got a reply and they sent a replacement product. However, they sent one unit, not two like I bought. I would give this five stars if their support would either take my call or send me a full replacement.
