My Viking Pro has been unusable for over a year now. Unpacked after moving and ordered digitizer. half an hour watching videos on youtube (I suggest watching some tips, they are for this tablet) and diving into the tablet, my viking is back and like new. I'll just order a replacement part. 10 dollars man
