It took me a while to use the Bamboo Tumbler. I'm not a tea lover so I kept it in the original packaging for about 2 months. Last week I finally decided to open it up and start using it. I was stunned at first! The thing seemed beautifully made to perfection and every detail of the design was good. I use it at work and all my friends (many of them tea addicts) came to congratulate me on my new acquisition. I was happy and drank tea. 5 days into the first tea while washing the bottle by hand I noticed the "stainless steel" cap was coming off exposing very cheap plastic. In just 5 days my new toy looked like a very old PlayMobyl toy. It was a bummer. I am not returning the item as it is still useful but the magic is gone. Outwardly, it's still a feast for the eyes. I would definitely not buy it again. For the same price I could buy the highly recommended bottle of Havana tea and a variety of other options.
