This is one of if not the best ankle brace you can buy and has been recommended to me by several doctors and surgeons over the years. Regarding size and fit: I wear a women's size 7.5 and it fits my feet perfectly. They're too bulky to wear with minimalist shoes, but regular athletic shoes aren't usually a problem as long as your laces are long enough.
