Great wheel for XBOX 360 fans Microsoft Wireless Speedwheel

This is a great little wheel for those of us who love racing games but don't want to spend the money on a full fledged stationary wheel + adjustable chair. You will love this wheel especially if you have previously used the Microsoft Wireless Speedwheel for XBOX 360 which I have done. In terms of overall feel and build quality, this wheel is a lot better than Microsoft's previous product in terms of ergonomics. That being said, players should use this wheel with the right expectations. This steering wheel lets you wirelessly provide precise motion control in games like the Codemaster F1 series that are difficult to achieve with a traditional joystick controller. This gives users a natural movement to hold specific steering angles that are difficult to hold with a traditional controller when accelerating or braking. If you don't have this problem and there are many devices that can accurately control the steering wheel with your thumb using various methods, then you don't need this steering wheel. I, on the other hand, find F1 games unplayable with a controller. Tight corners like the Eau Rogue at Spa, pretty much all of Monaco or Azerbaijan are just completely unplayable due to the huge tight corners that require little steering effort. With this steering wheel, you can keep entering that data and enjoy those games without getting frustrated. This steering wheel is NOT equivalent to a dedicated steering wheel setup that is hardwired (or wirelessly connected) to the XBOX. These wheels tend to be more expensive and offer an even sturdier ability to give accurate steering signals. However, I can't use these bikes while sitting on the couch as they require a special stand or table that I don't want to lug around in my living room every time I want to play. If you are willing to spend that kind of money and have the space for a setup like this then you should definitely do it as it is way better. It will also cost more as it should. To be successful with this steering wheel, give it some time to get used to it and adjust the steering settings as usual. When playing F1 games with a controller, I needed a lot of tweaking to get some kind of sequential control from the controller. It took me 30 minutes to 1 hour to perfect the settings for this wheel that worked for me, but once I found the wheel I found it very accurate and easy to use. This also applies to special wheels, which must be carefully tuned for optimal use. Advantages: * Feels good in the hand and does not tire your hands even after long journeys * Includes ALL buttons, unlike the MS Wireless Speedwheel for XBOX 360 * Allows precise control after the right adjustment in every game. Cons: * Expensive * Shifters in center of steering wheel are a bit short for my hands but can probably get used to * Requires re-syncing with XBOX after each use. Please note that this may be because I am charging it on the computer and not the XBOX itself. Charging directly from the XBOX allows it to stay paired. Durability has yet to be tested but there is a 1 year guarantee. I used the bike for about 10 hours with no problems.
