I went to good old Dr. Google and started researching why that is.

I had strange cooking problems. I've tried new recipes for cakes, lunches, and snacks and they always come out uncooked and raw, even though I followed TI's directions and didn't really cook at the right temperature. I bought it because it was cheap, just wanted to see if the temperature was the issue. When I first got it he told me it cooks 20 degrees LOWER than I set the oven to. I thought it was complete rubbish for nothing so I bought another one thinking it was broken - same thing. So the next time I baked I turned the temp up to 20 and cooked bam the food was perfect, I haven't had any problems since, now I have my two thermometers in the oven and use them to measure the temp in the oven I don't have any raw/too little cooked food more
