Tape that doesn't work

I've never had many different brands of tape in my life but this product seems terrible. Doesn't stick to surfaces very well or permanently, and when you remove it, the tape doesn't always come off cleanly, leaving residue and stains. The only thing it has is the price, but is it a good price if the product doesn't even do what I bought it for? I would recommend looking for a better quality tape.
