Do not use for holding bikes on bike racks.
These are not tight enough to secure a bike to a bike rack. If you try to pull them tighter you run out of velcro loops to adhere to and unfortunately the strip is not looped on both sides. They are good for securing a front tire to the frame of the bike, but that's about it.
