Material is not soft
The shorts ran quite a bit larger than I expected. I could easily go down a size. I felt like the shorts wore me, not the other way around. I think the stiffness of the fabric contributed to the odd fit. I thought the material would be more flowy like the pictures. Washing them may soften it up, but I am returning them so I can't confirm that.
- The elastic waistband is firm enough to keep the shorts in place but not too tight
- The elastic waistband can cause the shorts to slip down during physical activity
