I love that the can rack is dishwasher safe and won't rust. This replaced my old coaster which had a tendency to rust if left in water overnight. I love that I can use this rack not only for canning but also in a pressure cooker as well as in a steamer or trivet. Overall, canning becomes much easier and has many uses.
