I like it so far. It's the perfect size - not huge like a school backpack, not tiny like a kid's handbag. It is soft, adjustable and has a lot of space inside. I like the square shape and the fact that the zipper is on the top because it keeps things vertical inside. I can fit my makeup bag, bottle, brush, wallet and still have room in the main compartment. The front compartment with zip also holds a lot. Small zipped pockets on the sides add style but are also useful. I can put my headphones and keys on one side and a phone charger on the other. Inner pockets are good for organizing small items. The rear security pocket is just the right size for my phone. When I use it when traveling, I can also stow my umbrella and foldable down jacket in the main compartment. I like that a shoulder strap is optional. Even if I prefer to use the bag as a backpack, I attach an extra strap because it looks really nice. The top handle is great for hanging from a door hook or quickly grabbing a bag. I really hope this lasts because right now I'm loving it!
