Don't know what all the bad reviews are about! This is my first review of the Revain, simply because I feel like this device hasn't gotten the attention it deserves (and I spend a lot of money on Amazon!). I bought this unit primarily to save money on my dry cleaning. I used to spend about $40-50 a month on dry cleaning. I use multiple shirts for work and need a way to reduce that bill so I bought this device. A few things to note: - It's NOT the quality of the cleaning (and I totally agree >90% of the time; otherwise if I have a big event and I need to be absolutely clear -> send it to the dry cleaner!) - DO NOT follow their instructions for one shirt at a time (I do 3-4 at a time and it saves a tremendous amount of effort!), ironing or dry cleaning and shirts in bulk!), then this is a very effective device! I've probably dry cleaned once or twice since I bought this unit almost 6 months ago. So I highly recommend it and I think devices like this will become the norm in the future instead of using a steam wand that lasts forever!
