The interface is easy to use (even when using an iPhone).

It's intuitive for non-technical users who do most of their work at home or in other remote working environments. There are some minor issues with notifications but they seem simple enough that it shouldn't be too difficult to fix once identified as such - perhaps even within your own team! This app has made our life so much easier during these uncertain times. You can create one document per day if you wish without having any risk of losing them because of server downtime etc.
