Okay, let me say right away that this lip balm is very moisturizing. On the other hand it is very overpriced, I waited a whole month to give an honest review and get the full effect but what I got from it wasn't what I ordered it for. It doesn't lighten your lips, mine are actually the same color, not even a shade lighter. I've refrained from using other lip balms so that won't be why it's not working, but oh my god I was fooled by the name. I would not recommend it to anyone trying to lighten their lips. PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING.
