To be honest when I ordered this projector I didn't have high hopes for it. I just needed something cheap to last until OLED models come out next year or 4k projectors drop a bit in price. Other than that, this budget projector exceeded my expectations. While it's far from perfect, it does more than enough work for the price you can get on sale. Image quality is ok. At 1080p, it's not the sharpest. In addition to the standard contrast, color, sharpness, etc., there are a few image settings. You should definitely tweak these to your liking as the default picture settings aren't great. I've noticed that it tends to get blurry at the edge of my screen. It's not very noticeable when you're actually looking at something, but it's noticeable when you're looking at menus and text. I believe this is also common with budget projectors. Fan noise is also a bit louder than I expected, but if like me you have external speakers, you'll never notice it. That being said, I didn't test the internal speakers, although I've heard they sound loud enough for those wanting to take them outside. The processing quality corresponds to the stated price. Plastic and basic, but when you're spending so little on a projector I'm guessing build quality isn't high on your list anyway. Overall I think this projector is worth what I paid for and I look forward to enjoying movies with my little one until it's time to upgrade.
