It should be! I have used several "suction cup" infant carriers/plates and none of them have stuck like this set. My baby loves spoon and fork. I will say they are small so I can hold them and help feed them but they are perfect for a child's hand. The colors are neutral and this is a very nice set. I will say that there was an odor when I opened the package, but after washing it quickly disappeared. Another "minus" would be a straw and a cup. My only complaint is that the straw has nothing to hold it on the lid and a small child can easily pull it out and make a mess.
