Our existing bed is not a Sleep Number or Select Comfort, but installation was still easy (simply cut off the existing connector on the hose and attach the new one connection) because the hose is the same size. So far we are happy with the pump. It's a lot quieter than the old pump (no problem starting the pump while someone is sleeping) and the display is easy to read. The documentation is concise and could be improved (it wasn't clear that to check the current pressure you need to press the button twice, once to turn on the display and a second time to actually check the pressure). Operating the pump is simple (one button to set the desired pressure level, one button to check the current pressure level, one button to set the pressure to the desired level, one button to inflate and one button to deflate). There are no additional modes (e.g. automatic maintenance of the pressure level over time). Dealing with the seller was easy and he responded to my query in less than 15 minutes.
