. Certainly regulates heat much better than mainstays. Two nits though. There are no numbers or ticks on the control knob, just an expanding bar, so I set it by noting the position of the "off" hour marker. Of course, this doesn't work for young people, as I recently read that schools in California have removed analog clocks because children can't read them. Another problem is that the indicator lights up every time it is connected to the network. I reconnected the indicator to the thermostat so that it only lights up during heating. This is handy for me as I barely hear the thermostat click when I turn it up and down.
