Opened package and bottle crumpled as if someone had squeezed it? Adopted due to weather; It's cold where we are and I know plastic can expand/contract or maybe just from transportation in general? Also, the nozzle worked fine for a few seconds and then broke off. I removed the cap from the bottle and a tiny metal ball fell out (came out of the cap) and crashed into my garbage chute. still trying to get him out of there. A little disappointed with the packaging but for $6 the scent is AMAZING and I will be buying more. Despite the real bottle, this is my new favorite cleanser. I bought a separate glass spray bottle instead as this is a new experience for me and I look forward to trying other scents.
