Opened package and bottle crumpled as if someone had squeezed it? Adopted due to weather; It's cold where we are and I know plastic can expand/contract or maybe just from transportation in general? Also, the nozzle worked fine for a few seconds and then broke off. I removed the cap from the bottle and a tiny metal ball fell out (came out of the cap) and crashed into my garbage chute. still trying to get him out of there. I love this stuff! Smells nice and cleans very well. I use it all over the kitchen. The second ingredient after water is ethyl alcohol and I think this balances out the oils and prevents streaks. Clorox wipes always leave streaks on my devices, now I use them instead. I think mint smells great, but it can be too harsh for people who are sensitive to smells, especially mint. Rosemary is not audible at all. It's only very strong for a few seconds, after you wipe it off with a cloth or paper towel
