Good, but there are serious disadvantages, side effects. I like that it blocks blue light very well. Better than the lenses I've tried that don't have an orange/yellow tint. However, they are VERY BRILLIANT and the products blind the hot spots when there are lights or windows behind you. (Which irritates my eyes to no end.) Please: PLEASE make an anti-glare version of this! I've spent a lot of money on a large, anti-glare monitor, and using it largely makes that investment worthless. give it back UPDATE: I was able to reduce (but not eliminate) some of the worst glare by tilting the monitor all the way down and peeling the screen protector off the top of the monitor and tightening the bottom. These angles reflect hot spots from my eyes. It's not perfect, but it's better than it was. I'm still looking for one that has no reflections/highlights.
