Review on 💃 Neutrogena Healthy Lengths Black Mascara - Enhance Your Lashes by Stacey Taylor

I've been using Blinc Mascara for years since Neutrogena phased out their lash color. But regularly I'm looking for something new [ie less expensive]. Found this and thought I'd give it a try. Fits well - had to brush a bit to show it well [it didn't stick together, no spider lashes here] but they looked good. He called for an hour, and after that - already a big raccoon! Below and above! Sigh. Will order Blink again. It's a little pricey, but it's the only mascara that doesn't give me raccoon eyes.
