Go Train is the best pre-workout for intermittent fasting, keto, and training with joy and focus.

Workout 6 times a week - punching, weight and running. Uses almost all pre-workout complexes. Like a pair but I needed one that had all the good lifting ingredients and nootropics and was sugar, sucralose, etc free. I needed a stevia pre-workout program so I could not break my fast and still get the autophagy benefits. Found GO Train and never looked back. The perfect pre-workout program. GO Train - no jitters, a feeling of happiness and focus during your workout that won't break your fast or throw you out of ketosis like other pre-workouts that contain sugar, sucralose, sugar alcohols, etc. Wake up at 6am, water and coffee and yoga. Take Just Workout - Hitt at 7am. Until noon. Don't eat before 2:00 p.m. and you'll reap great benefits from cardio or strength training on an empty stomach. best shape in my life - 160 10 percent BF 40 years old.
