I don’t know why those are the only ratings. It’s still mot installed over a year after I bought this because my fiancé never starts or finishes a house project ugh. I finally just temporarily hung it in the kitchen and it’s been used every day. I love the look of it.The rating asked 3 questions all related to installation and this is not installed anywhere in our home. I basically just set it under something else I have hanging in the kitchen because I couldn’t get him to attach it to the mailbox got outgoing mail line I bought it for.I give this thing 5 stars for the look and style of it, it’s functionality, the color and finish, and it bring exactly as advertised. Ignore the stars they asked about installation.
