I've been using Advanced Coupons for about 2 years, and the customer support is awesome. I've never had any issues with them. The customer support is just as awesome as the product itself. The only issue I have with Advanced is that you can't upload any images to the free version, which can be a problem for us, because we use images to entice people to use the coupons. I use the free version to test the waters, and then I upgrade to their premium version. I do this with many software products, and I have never had any issues with any of them.
