I use it at work. It fits my laptop perfectly and has room for an 8 x 11 tablet. Easily raises and lowers to any height. Half the time it stays down and when my legs/back tell me it's time to get up I just pick it up, stand for a while and keep working. It's sturdy, doesn't wobble, holds what I need, and fits on my desk so it doesn't take up all my desk space. You could probably build a monitor and keyboard, but not leave room for anything else. I got this specifically for laptop use and it's perfect!
