Review on RipSkirt Hawaii Athletic Cover Up Multitasks by Susannah Whitebird

The first and most important thing I like about this skirt! I'll be the perfect cover up over my bathing suit. It should be noted that there are two areas with Velcro (also called Velcro). One side of the Velcro, the loop side, is a soft, cloth-like material. The other side, the hook side, is a series of strong ribs that can hook the loop material to keep it snug. Unfortunately, the ripskirt is sewn on with the hook side on the outside of the skirt itself and the loop side on the inside of the skirt. This means that if you need to slide the Velcro to accommodate a larger width, the hook side will be exposed and potentially snagging on objects (e.g. a synthetic shirt worn over a skirt). Other than that, I love the style, craftsmanship, and length of this skirt!
