These tips did exactly what I wanted: reduced the "tap" of my Apple Pencil on my iPad and brought the "pen/pen on paper" feel a bit closer. My personal experience as someone who uses my iPad primarily for writing/notes (rather than drawing/drawing): - I originally used this replacement nib with a matte screen protector, which was a mistake. Too much friction. Once I removed the protective film and began writing directly on the screen, the writing experience (and display quality) improved significantly.
