I'm a size 8 woman and originally ordered a medium-sized crescent-shaped pillow. However, after walking around during the day, I found that my middle three fingers tended to curl over the pad, causing me to have to walk on my fingertips. I then ordered larger cleats and found that they were better at preventing my toes from touching the soles of my shoes.
