This is the best strap I have ever had. The ratchet is easy to use and set up. I have a body where my waist and hips are about the same. My other straps have always been either too loose or too tight. I started wearing suspenders as soon as my pants fell down to my ankles at Wlamart. Twice! But I'm in my seventies and the pressure of braces on my shoulders for the past few years has been uncomfortable. With this belt I can tighten it just right when I have to go outside, but loosen it quickly and unobtrusively when I'm back in a seat, for example in a restaurant or at home. The buckle is a little heavy but very attractive. I just bought more colors.
