This is the best outdoor multi tool I have seen after seeing dozens. First, let me suggest an improvement. Need a scabbard that can be used to close the blade of an ax when using a hammer. The blade of the ax is sharp; It's good. But its tiny crescent case fell off and was lost within the first hour of use. The supplied large sheath is well made, but interferes with the hammer. It's a good scabbard, by the way, but it shouldn't cover the hammer. That's why I love the RoverTac multi-tool: it's really useful. I bought shorter multitools; almost useless, like a hammer or hatchet. But the RoverTac multi-tool is two inches longer and slightly heavier. You can actually use it like a hammer or hatchet. The ax head is also larger and, as mentioned, sharp. I finally feel like a master when I face difficult terrain and unruly tent pegs.
