The device was very difficult to put on. The heat was minimal and gave no comfort to the shoulder. In addition to the power supply, it has a small battery, but it only lasts for a very short time. If the person did not have a rotator cuff injury, they would have had one at the time of application. Requires someone else to put it on for you if you have sustained such an injury. It would be better (and more economical) to buy a small electric blanket. The package disappeared for a whole week and finally arrived, but it was too late for me to go back and give my money back.
